A full-lifecycle approach, with one team accountable from start to finish.
We take a full-lifecycle approach — developing, owning, operating, and maintaining our projects for the long term, then responsibly decommissioning them and restoring the site at the end of their useful life.
We start with the site, the energy need plus the available grid, and the economics to determine what is feasible and where we can create the most value.
We manage the work required to make the project real — including site diligence, utility coordination, permitting, commercial agreements, and financing.
We shape the project around the site’s existing use, constraints, operations, and long-term needs.
We manage procurement, construction, utility coordination, commissioning, and startup through commercial operation.
We monitor performance, maintain the equipment, manage warranties, and remain accountable for the asset over the long term.
At the end of the project’s useful life, we decommission the equipment and restore the site in accordance with our agreements and applicable requirements.
We assemble and manage the specialists each project requires — from engineering through financing, construction and operations. Because we remain involved for the long term, we are accountable not just for getting the project built, but for how it performs.
